HI all, new here. I was hoping to find likeminded people maybe support IDK. Its a lonely old world being an entrepreneur and to my fault I do try and do everything myself.
Ive been in construction industry for 25+ years. Covid era killed my business, so during LDs I set about solving a pain point in the industry, which for me was finding professional reliable tradespeople. Fast forward 2 years I have 15 thousand tradespeople all organised into groups for each trade and each city. It provides a unique platform to communicate, share jobs and network.
Fast forward to now, I have leveraged that network and fed a bespoke AI, data from the members to enable it to provide hyper accurate quotes for any project with full breakdown of materials, cost effective solutions, in-depth analysis and much more. Tied in with a materials supplier to provide discounted materials and obviously the trades to carry out any work if required.
Its aimed at contractors who can use the system to quote their jobs in a few minutes rather than spend all night adding material and labour costs making sure they don't overprice or leave money on the table. They can be first in with a white labelled professional in-depth quote and be confident its on the money.
Also aimed at property professionals, investors, deal sourcers, flippers etc. We can run their deal through the system and see if it stacks instantly. No waiting for contractors to visit and provide a quote a week later that could be wrong. The system will provide full quote on any works required, cost effective solutions to maximise ROI, full forecast and tell you in under an hour if the deal is worth pursuing.
Where im at with it....Its ready to go, battle trained and war ready. I built it all with very limited budget. Website, Mobile app, bespoke AI have stripe links ready to take revenue. This is where i need the help as creative as I am to build the brand and socials, run and build the network, build the business from nothing to ready to go robust machine I hit a brick wall. I simply don't have the experience to take something like this to market and get it in front of the right people. My socials alone are well over 100k members so I know I have something.
I hope that this all makes sense and perhaps somebody can understand where i get stuck and why. Appreciate anyone taking the time to read this any help/support/guidance would be so gratefully received.
