Advice for payment methods

Hi there. I will start my own business in this month and now I'm thinking about any technical questions. I will offer hosting for business, first for design studios, advertising agencies etc. So do it has a sense to make an automated registration online and payment methods like PayPal and/or bank card like VISA/MC?

I will offer cPanel reseller accounts for customers. It works like when you have a business in website development/support/SEO but you don't have money/time/people/karma/wish to make your own hosting you can find my service useful for your.

Speaking as a developer, if you are paypal only with cpanel to offer I would avoid you.

I only look to use hosting from companies with a high track record of 99% uptime that can be tracked back to a UK bank.

Yeah, it helps. But what should I do as beginner for high track record of uptime? However it takes time to collect good uptime statistic. And since I'm b2b-oriented I would prefer to use direct transfers to my company's bank account without paypal etc.

I guess the question is are you the owner of the server in its entiretyor do you rent it from a 3rd party and.... where is it based?

These things are important as well as pricing structures

Say if I have a laptop or tablet which I take to the customers house, after doing the job and producing an invoice printed or manual is there anyway of getting the payment through say a website.

What I mean is you enter the details of the credit/debit card using the tablet or the customer could do it using my tablet. That way I could get paid immediately. I suppose if they have a paypal account they could use that

Yep, Paypal, Sagepay, World pay etc etc. All it requires is internet connection via a wifi or dongal OR.... how about a smart phone ?
