Accountant to start a UK Ltd company and manage it from Italy

Hi,

I had lived in the UK for around 15 years and already started and wound up a Ltd. company.

Now I'm an Italian resident and thinking of starting a new business. I'd like still to trade with a UK Ltd company. I understand it'd be possible, and I'd pay both personal and business taxes in Italy.

The business would be mainly about self-publishing a book and offering consultancy services to people and businesses.

The business would be just starting out.

Is there any UK accountant who knows an Italian colleague who could both offer this service?

Apologies if I'm oversimplifying or getting my facts wrong.
