All,
Let me take this opportunity to briefly introduce myself, my name is Jordon I am an Accountant, currently employed as Head Of Finance for a Private Equity backed business with a group turnover of £75m. I have a background in leading SMEs through high-growth periods. My roles have been broad spanning across Finance, Marketing & Ops.
I am now seeking new opportunities to join a Solo Entrepreneur or Business Partners to help grow & develop their business in return for an equity stake.
I am looking at business sub £1m Turnover. My specialisms in respect of Sectors are: Manufacturing, distributions & E-Commerce.
Dependent on turnover and EBITDA I do have capital available up to £25K initially to invest should the business be a good fit. I am not looking to draw any salary/dividends for an initial 12 month period - simply to exchange my expertise for an equity stake.
