Help ,
I'm in need of some "basic" advice regarding the possible purchase of a business ( freehold ).
I know the type of business I want - but cannot make a real start without knowing what is financially possible or acceptable to commercial lenders. I'm really at the begining and finding I know less than I thought I did.
Can anyone help if I give the scenario as it stands by private email?
