I am in a process of buying a UK company and it is a first time I am doing something like this.
I have received company authentication code and successfully logged into companies house. Company has also moved registered address to the correct address moving forward (it has been updated already).
Previous owner and accountant also have access. I don't know who else have access to companies house web filing.
Since I will be using my own accountant and a whole new team, I want to make sure that no one from the old team or external contractors (accountants) has access anymore.
How do I do this? I saw that I have an option to change authentication code, but I am assuming that it will not revoke access to people who have it from before?
Thanks!
