    Hey Kat,
    I posted an introduction post yesterday, but i can't see it online yet. Does this sometimes take a it of time? or was it blocked? if so do you know why and i'll happily adjust it if needs be.

    Can you please help me with my issues?

    Additionally, I cannot add a new blogpost. I don't know if these problems are related, but I believe they occurred one after another...

    Hi - only full members are able to post blog posts - you can find further details on the page titled 'membership'. In regards to your bio, anything perceived to be a link may flag up as spam.

    Ok, thank you for the clarification about the blog posting...

    Regarding the profile, I assure you I am not adding any links, I just open the profile and hit the save button, and this message automatically pops up...

    No changes to the content, no additions whatsoever...

    Thanks for the update, I guess the real issue is why let people pay £30 for full membership, but i can't access anything for what could be 2 or 3 weeks. Can you extend my membership the time it takes me to reach 30 posts please.

    I have upgraded to the full membership, but it still wont let me include my email address in my signature. Does the 30 post rule apply even if you purchase full membership. ? Kind regards, Mick

    Hi Mick! Unfortunately yes (it's an annoying system bug) however if you let me know which links you'd like adding in, I can add them in for you :)

    please delete my user name and account and all associated data - there's nothing on your website to do this when I search "delete account" a bit of a flaw I guess?

    Hope you are well. I recently changed my business profile and I believe it has changed my profile back to being a newcomer. I have posted over 30 responses before and would like to ask your community about my new website but am unable to do so. Would you be so kind as to make me a full member again?

    Hi - making any changes to your profile shouldn't affect your status. Could you clarify what you mean by changing your business profile?

    I guess I am just wondering how I did have status to post comments on the UKbusinessforum and now I don't. I have contributed a number of times previously and I just paid for the annual membership and now I have to post 30 comments. It's just a little confusing why that has happened. Saying that if you are able to improve my status so I can post comments then everything is great.

    If you visit your profile and click on the tab 'Postings' you'll be able to see all previous posts you've made. If you'd like to add any links in before you reach 30 posts, please send me a PM and I'll be able to add them in once you've posted - this goes for your signature, the marketplace etc.

    Hi - as I mentioned before, we don't allow contact details in the main body of text. If you check your post, you'll see that the contact details you added into your signature are now visible.

    Hi Kat can i ask for your help....since i posted on here im getting at least 2 - 3 calls a day from people regarding insurance , electric, gas u name it :( a day .     Hi,

    All you'll need to do is flag the thread to a member of our moderating team. You can do this by clicking Report at the bottom of your post - a box will pop up where you can write that you'd like the thread to be moved.

    Most of the time one of the mods will pick the thread up and move it to the right section anyway :)

    Hi Kat, Please could I remove my directory listing? I'm getting lots of spammy links from sites replicating the UKBF directory and it's not worth keeping it up.
