Anybody notice that the statutory fee to file the annual confirmation statement has gone from £34 to £50 effective1 February 2026.
So the fee has gone from £13 back in April 2024 to £34 from May 24 and now £50.
How do they justify such a price hike when nearly all the documents are filed electronically where previously they had to all be scanned in and logged onto the Companies House register.
