    Hello, I have been planning to open an online clothes business. I know it’s not easy but I’m ready for all the challenges.

    I have some niche ideas that I’m hoping I can find a factory to team up with. I’m going to Turkey next month, a part from a few addresses in Istanbul I haven’t got any idea where to find factories that work with start up business. Anyone knows any small clothes factories in Turkey or Europe please?

    Please feel free to leave any tips or advise.

    If you're Turkish and going to Istanbul for a holiday, than that's fine.

    However if it's a visit hoping to meet factories to partner with, then my advice is to research first before you go there.

    There are areas that specialise in clothing wholesalers and you'll need an agent there to guide you through the processes of sampling, ordering, payment solutions and export documents.

    My suggestion is to go to the exhibitions in UK (Pure) or in France (Who's Next?) or Italy (Pitti) to find collections you want to sell. You'll see brand new clothing & ideas.

    You'll enjoy it much more than going to Turkey!
