GDPR Data Subject Requests

I am curious as to the level of information one has to provide in a Data Subject Request.
If there has been an accident or incident at a place of work, what level of details is the employee (the Data Subject) entitled to if the report and/or review of the incident is still underway. Does one have to provide details of all meeting minutes, HR reviews, H&S reviews etc of the said incident/accident?

Thankfully, this has not occurred but it came up in conversation over the weekend.

Thanks in advance.

I think you will find and employee can request to see all data held on them by an employer, with the exception that the details don't contain information on a third parties and management planning / forecasting. I am assuming you have had an incident which is being investigated and an employee involved is seeking information?

Thankfully, no incidents in our workplace. This came up in conversation at a social event at the weekend.
My opinion/view was that you didn't have to provide full meeting minutes during an ongoing investigation. I take it my view is wrong there?
