I've been looking at a much more suitable office space for me but the one downside is the building has not been split into individual addresses which will cause me problems so to get round this I was going to register a new address with Royal Mail (with the land lords permission). I've split an address from 17-18 Office to 17 Office and 18 Office but never created one. As the rent includes water and electricity what the affects of this be.
My address would change from "office building, fake street, FL3 9TY" to "Suite 3, office building, fake street, FL3 9TY". Will this have any impact on anything else or will it only affect my mail deliveries? I'm in Scotland. Thanks.
