    Thanks for the reply. It would be 2 paid staff plus myself and a buisness partner so 4 in total. no advertising budget will rely on traffic, in my experience i have found things like mail drop do not work in the area i am looking at.

    Hi Toby, thanks for the response, in regards to lease breaks, i understand this is something to negotiate with the landlord although is it unusual to set it at a 3 month mark or is it more expected that it would be 6 months or 1 year. thanks
