    Yes the Sorting office can give them a card which they can them make a claim on the Royal Mail website

    I also find this happens a lot with Royal Mail especially with Amazon orders. I always direct them to the local delivery office whos should have GPS information and can speak to the post person from that day. They can then make a claim with Royal Mail if they want to, but from a sellers...

    If I have lots of order I pop them into a sack and drop them to the sorting office ( I'm sure post office will also be fine ) and occasionally ill get a large letter that cant go in the sack with the parcels so I hand that in by itself and they don't mind at all.

    Yes I do work for them on there support team , However i do have two of my own business' as well I have a bath and beauty shop called The Natural Spa and Ebay shop helping people sell there items who are not quite so internet savvy. Therefore i do use the software and it really helps
