No not had any issues with the export, we create a table, save the table and export it as a CSV containing the data and header details,
We did need to create an export specification to suit but not had any issues with data not being passed over
Sorry not sure what you mean by "Does not print them automatically"?
As I said we send a CSV from our system (Access based) straight to the listening folder and the label prints automatically, we don't interact with C&D until we print the manifest at the end of the day
You need to ask yourself why she chose to return it via collect+
A) Ease of use, not everyone can get to a post office during the week, collect+ shops are open until 10 at night
B) Tracking, do your T&C's state that you won't replace/refund until the item is received back leaving the customer...
Sounds like it may be an issue with cookies, can you ask Paypal to check that they have cookies turned on when they test your site...
If you turn the cookies off on your browser you will get the same as the Paypal adviser did.

You have always been able to send parcels upto 16cm high as long as the other 2 dimensions didn't exceed 16cm also
