I'm a Bristol-based social entrepreneur creating employment, training and mentoring opportunities for ex-offenders in order to address the skills gap and societal prejudice which prevent them finding work and drive the cycle of re-offending. I also speak regularly on a number of topics, including entrepreneurship, social enterprise, start-up, finance, fundraising and sponsorship, to a range of audiences.

My entrepreneurial experience dates back eight years, when I first ventured into self-employment in the events sector. Since then I've held two directorships and have worked on-site at some of the biggest events in the UK (including Bestival, Reading and Glastonbury).
