    Maybe you missunderstand matey. I dont worry about £1,000, i merely expect value for my money and i couldn't extract any value for the 1.8k they were asking up front for services that cost around 15% of that.

    If i recall correctly, the agent himself pocketed the £50 and completed the signed lease, i was only around 19 at the time so became the normal thought processes after this.
