    Log into PayPal and see what your account says - if its an issue resolve it direct from your account. Depending on your e-mail provider companies such as Google have added a verified tick next to the mail to show it is legitimate.

    Contact the shipping company and see if you can have the stock returned to you? Also I would blacklist the IP/Names/Addresses in your eCommerce system to prevent future orders or have them set to manually approved only.

    How to get paid?

    You could use BoxBilling and then supply clients your bank details for BACS, alternatively you could ask a Parent/Guardian if they would setup a PayPal account or similar for you (if they require a 18+ account holder).
