I'm looking at a6 cards (300 gsm) the idea being that they would be kept by the customer.
The 'call to action' bit is what I'm struggling with - do you simply mean 'call today' or 'call by the end of the year for 10% off'.
The message should be clearer too as you mention - how do people tell...
I'm struggling to put together a flyer for my roofing company.
I'm simply not able to determine a call to action with some kind of offer that doesn't sound desperate, I'm also wondering if the quality of the leaflet (full colour gloss - 300gsm) is making people think the company is expensive...
I'd start straight with the local councils conservation officer, they are usually ok people, but if you dont they WILL see any work being done on the house and WILL only take you to court once you have finished.
And they will win.
If we look at the worlds economy and all the world's debt amounts to £100, we have a little item called interest (rebranded from the unsavoury and religiously immoral usury) which means that at the current 0.5% we need to have the worlds economy to grow by 0.5 each year.

When I was working in london we all had to go on bribery courses, it meant you had to declare any gifted value over £100. The acceptance of a bribe is very hard to prove, it may simply be a present.
