    I have requested copy of the signed contract, they haven't supplied yet, the Collection agency were actually helpful and chasing that for me, we still haven't received any bills they stated they were sent by email, that we don't have access to, been a complete disaster TBH

    Fair question, I was unaware until I received the physical letter from BT that 4 routers had been delivered? I wasnt aware it was a personal account set up. Sounds incompetent, please note this is not related to my business that my account on here is registered to.
