I'm not at the point where I've viewed the lease or spoken to solicitor, I'm just trying to get my head round how safe my £75,000 goodwill payment is protected from the landlords not renewing or taking back the lease..
From what you say I would buy a decent camera from Amazon and test it out. Can it zoom in close enough to the displays you want to view & read the text?
PC wise, there is loads of remote PC software, google chrome remote is free & works fine. You could also put some key logging software onto...
Hi, I'm looking into buying an up & running business that has a goodwill price of £75,000.

Hi. There are loads & loads of businesses for sale in the UK, have a look through listings & see what appeals to you. But personally I believe you should work in a field you find interesting.

Its not the drivers who get the holiday pay, they are all self employed. It's the operators. Whilst I may not have to transfer their pay over into the next year, all staff are aware of their holiday entitlement.

No I don't drive & won't. Can't increase rent, its inline withother firms around our area.
Hi Karl
Like Richie says as far as I am aware I am legally obliged to pay them their owed holiday pay.
It's just my business is in danger of going under because of them.
I was wondering if their is any small business aid I could apply for or something, clutching at straws I guess.
I run a taxi business which just about covers it's operating costs, pays me no income (& I wish I'd never bought it)
The company employs 6 staff, one of which is full time working 45 hrs per work, the rest are all part time. The business is open 24/7 & thus incurrs a massive amount of holiday...
I run a company which is on the VAT flat rate scheme. This has actually been a life saver for us due to the fact that we collect 20% VAT from other companies but only have to pass on (I believe) 12% to the VAT Man. This has generated around £20,000 p/a for us over the last 3 years.
However...
