    Googlepedia is something Google could do themselves. It's a combination of google and wikipedia. My friends friend developed it. That would be a welcome addition to Google. Back to topic ;)

    You need to link build to get hits to your site. Just put links on blogs and forums related to fancy dress.

    I remember when local searches just came off the 1st page of google. Why is that? and did you manage to have a look at mine. I've done pretty much all I can think of but it's still on page 2 for web design york. I want it to be page 1.

    Making Google easier? It's the easiest website to use ever. I don't want them imitating bing and trying to be innovative when at the moment it's perfect - in my opinion.     Email them directly but don't sound like a robot. Make it personal. Also, follow it up and make sure they have linked to you.

    You Adwords

    I have tried adwords. £20 has gone without anything in return. We have £60 left on the account now. I guess it may not be for everyone but it's worth a try.
