I oversee the operation and manage the performance of the business unit, to support our client ensuring supply base readiness and risk mitigation. As a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional in Supply Management® (CPSM®), and ISO9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor (IRCA), I am also passionate about delivering customer satisfaction and potential business growth, by deploying customer voice into internal operation strategy, creating business plans with critical to quality, and driving internal productivity and efficiency. I have successfully managed key accounts for small and medium European companies, such as Aerosys, Ausker, Liv Morris, and more.
