Agreed it says on their website that they rotate sellers so it would probably be a waste of time plus i personally have never heard of a program that can do this but never really looked for one to be honest.
Congratulations! Theres no better feeling than getting your first order and it helps to make all the effort worthwhile. Hope this is the first of many for you.
We've suffered a large increase in chargebacks over the last 2 months for some big orders so it's been abit of a killer. All sent signed for to matching delivery and billing addresses so if we can't get our money after that then we never will. We have never had a genuine chargeback yet by the way.
The problem is getting your buy button to do 2 different things, which isn't standard for any e-commerce software ive ever used unfortunately but could be something you could pay to have done i imagine.
Without wanting to sound like a paypal fanboy especially as i do understand where the OP is coming from but we find paypal excellent to work with and they have helped us whenever we've needed them. We couldn't rate them highly enough to be honest.
I think it's definately a good tool to use to market certain products and industries as you have mentioned. We use it for a small number of our products and are currently thinking of ways we can expand on this but with the products we sell a picture is enough really and our business itself...
To be honest we get similar emails quite regularly. I would guess they are generic emails, which is why it didn't fit your sites profile. As to who you could complain to i'm not really sure to be honest we just delete them now without even giving them a second glance. Why anyone would sign up...
I understand your situation. On one of our sites we offer free delivery for orders over £75 and when a customer adds items to their basket it tells them how much more they need to spend to qualify but for some reason people read this wrong and we often get emails from irrate customers thinking...
To be honest your doing well to have got any sales in your first few months, well done. Google can often place a new site high up in the search results for a short time before dropping it to it's natural position, which is often much further down so this could be the reason, i don't know. It's...
It's a shame that breast feeding isn't as popular as it should be ie. 100% of mothers should do it if they can. It is an essential thing not just for the bonding between a mother and child but to pass on essential things in the mothers milk that you just can not get through formula, especially...
Interesting to read the comments here. Have been considering signing up to twitter but was thinking we would use it just to let followers know about new products and link popular events with our products. Wasn't thinking about being personal and chatty at all.
Photoshop or Fireworks will do the job for you. I personally prefer Fireworks. For some reason i find Photoshop annoying to use in comparison. Go to Adobe's website and take a look. I believe they are just about to release a new version aswell.
