We often get this within Amazon. A customer would contact us requesting a return for something that they haven't bought from us. Usually they are confused, might had bought item A from us and want to return item B which is purchased from someone else. We always insist on Amazon order number...
Unfortunately this is the sad state of affairs. All the payment companies they write Ts & Cs in such a way that they're never liable for these types of frauds. Which means the likes of Emily and Paul are the ones who take all the hit.
IMO, Sage should had flagged this to you when the order came...
Its really strange. They've somehow managed to put 2 + 2 together.
I've my doubts about this letter. If it was actually from Bailiffs then surely they would had got the car record from DVLA systems which would have your home address against your car.
Thank you everyone for this wonderful advise so far.
I'm seriously considering of cancelling pan-european service ASAP but before I do that I need some clarification.
If we keep all our stock in Amazon UK warehouses, then how do the VAT rules apply in UK and in other EU countries? Do these...
Thanks Mr D.
I totally agree its not Amazon's responsibility but it'll be nice if they could just give a heads up so companies would know exactly what to do before they enrol into it.
Thanks Pish_Pash and Mr D. I'm really worried now.
Do you guys have any links to a credible source which I could read to get better understanding of all this? I can't believe when Amazon rep contacted me to sign up for PAN European service they didn't even mention the VAT side of things...

Do you actually want the Outlook app in the cloud so you won't be installing it on local machines?
I've searched this question quite a bit but haven't found any proper answer so I hope someone would be able to help me out. I'm a director for a LTD company which sellers across Europe using Amazon FBA. As we're registered for Amazon Pan Europe service, Amazon keeps our stocks in every country...
Actual budget isn't £10k and I'm not investing just £6k. Its more than that. But I wanted to keep things simple and based on the current ratio I gave an example of £10k and £6k.
App would be developed by a development company. From our side I'll be dealing with them from the beginning till the...
John I was going to ask the same. How can he value business at £30k when we've got nothing going right now? Apart from an idea?
They'll jointly invest £4k. One would pretty much do nothing and my friend would look at finding marketing companies etc.. and deal with that side of business.
You can't go wrong with Raspberry Pi3. We've got over 10 setup in my team monitoring various dashboards and they just work. Set them up once and forget them then!
I'm not a Django developer but I closely work with few and we've got few very complicated internal websites written in Django and they just work!
Sorry I can't offer much technical help on Django.
It all depends on you!
I am a macbook pro user and I've got both Android (personal) and iPhone (work) phone. Both have their pros and cons.
iPhone is good if you want a simple phone that just works.
Android if you don't liked to be locked down. I'm a techie and I prefer a phone that I can setup...
We've got various Windows machines and all are set to download updates but we manually apply updates. Its a bit of a painful process but we don't want all the updates because some windows updates break a custom software which is running on them.
