My 2 cents is to go with Stripe. A company that is expanding their features constantly and have brilliant customer support. Contrast that with PayPal where it is not unusual for them to freeze your account for weeks without explanation.
Rule of thumb generally is - if you are looking for...
The thing is with CRMs is I find a lot of them too complex for the needs of most businesses. Personally recommend Less Annoying CRM https://www.lessannoyingcrm.com/
Same as @billybob99 - initial deposit for the project, then upfront deposits for an agreed set upon milestones. We do 2-week sprints following an agile methodology to ensure there is a feedback loop to move the project along. Although with that said seems to be a trend towards the Basecamp Shape...
If need to track time spent on jobs, I run a product called TimeKeeper. 14 day free trial - no credit card. Happy to help if you are interested.

I run an online product that offers a 14-day free trial. I'm struggling with whether to require a credit card for the free trial or not. I'm curious to hear the thoughts of other business owners.
Currently, I do require a credit card for the trial for the sole reason that onboarding is a bit of...
