    Yes I send them a full PDF presentation of the brand and the product and I have a website, its getting them to see the information and reading emails is where I am trying to be clever !

    Yes they are GS1 barcoded and have their own presentation box with one that will stand on top and 10 inside... or they can position the box another way to show a nice image of them but then the box takes less footprint in the shop if they prefer, I borrowed money to get them and the display...

    Thanks for all these replies, yes my Barclays business account offers software which looks good, I guess I can just ask retailers how they like to receive and pay invoices as I go and see what feedback I get, thanks all again... Sam
