They are actually owned by Godaddy now, I think that's what caused a big downturn on their rep over the last few years.

    WHMCS/Blesta & Wordpress

Hey, I'd also check out Upmind (which we use and have been around since many years). They currently have a plan which is free for upto 5 users and 1 staff member - which you can test out, it's a WHMCS alternative!

    Email & website hosting recommendations

Hey, You have plenty of hosts in the UK that are great, to be honest, such as Krystal, Stablepoint and 20i. The latter two are cheaper but also are top notch, do check them out and probably try to contact all 3 to see what you think suits you best. Best of luck!

    Web builder/seo issue

Hi Morris, I'd advice moving it away before it does go down, at least you'll always have a site and not have to stress about it later. I think most if not, majority of hosts will be happy to log into WordPress and migrate it for you if you are stuck, as long as you have access to the domain -...

Looks like his moved it to Krystal but I'm not sure if Krystal's shared plans will be fit for this, I know they won't go over code etc

    Website Hosting

I'd be curious to know what platform your on with them at TSOHost, limitations for 3 sites and 1 of them being heavy could be a factory and like others have suggested there's could be a few things that'd be required to look into. Database optimisation could be another thing to the list which...

Suggestions please for ecommerce web host server

Hi YakYak, Do you know much storage you are currently using? Ofcourse, it'd be best to check the current stats on the current package and then to check whether you require a server or what not. We've helped thousands of sites recently come away from host's for various reasons and the first...

Ha, no worries. It's a common thing to have server level to ensure security on a server, so if you've added a incorrect password or email connections with wrong passwords being triggered, the server's firewall after a limit rate will ban the IP unless manually removed by the hosting company...

@Waveney Books Yeah, i'd say it's a firewall block IMO. Try accessing your website/hosting companies support team using another connection so not the connection you're with currently as the IP is firewalled. Try using you're mobile and see if the site works (without wifi).

Hey, Can you try ping the domain (if you have a MAC, then it's via terminal) or command promt via Windows doing the following: ping shebythesea.co.uk and see if you get a response back? If nothing falls back, it could be possible you are blocked by the firewall. Contact support and see what...
