Hey, I'd also check out Upmind (which we use and have been around since many years). They currently have a plan which is free for upto 5 users and 1 staff member - which you can test out, it's a WHMCS alternative!
Hey,
You have plenty of hosts in the UK that are great, to be honest, such as Krystal, Stablepoint and 20i.
The latter two are cheaper but also are top notch, do check them out and probably try to contact all 3 to see what you think suits you best.
Best of luck!
Hi Morris,
I'd advice moving it away before it does go down, at least you'll always have a site and not have to stress about it later.
I think most if not, majority of hosts will be happy to log into WordPress and migrate it for you if you are stuck, as long as you have access to the domain -...

@Waveney Books Yeah, i'd say it's a firewall block IMO. Try accessing your website/hosting companies support team using another connection so not the connection you're with currently as the IP is firewalled. Try using you're mobile and see if the site works (without wifi).
Hey,
Can you try ping the domain (if you have a MAC, then it's via terminal) or command promt via Windows doing the following: ping shebythesea.co.uk and see if you get a response back?
If nothing falls back, it could be possible you are blocked by the firewall. Contact support and see what...
