How much should I be paying for a high end accountant?

In my personal opinion it's not where they work it's what they know. Just because they work in a top end firm does not mean you get better advice, but you do get bigger bills!

I've managed to work out that postage on average will cost me 90p, for launch I think I will go with P&P included and assses on a weekly basis.

    Mobile, syncing calendar and emails

Instead of forwarding mail to Gmail sign up to Google Apps(Free). Its a great product for just a couple of users yet has no ongoing cost! If setup correctly you can have your mail/calender/contacts all synced and backed up no matter what device you use. Especially handy if you loose the phone!

    P&P or not to P&P

Hi all Im in the process of launching a e-commerce site, stock arrives next week! However I cant decide if I should: a) Price goods cheaper and add P&P or b) Factor P&P into the sale price. My average product price will be £3-5 Opinions much appreciated.

Thanks. I've gone with Bluepark.... you may loose the amazon/ebay intergration but you can gain a better looking shop so for now will do. Eventually if the project is sucessful I plan on having a bespoke solution created.

I'm sold on Bluepark. Whilst Actinic is a great product blueparks templates are much better to work with. I've pretty much built my shop within a day. It started off looking very daunting but once you get the hang of it its straight forward.
