I think once the Millbay project is well and truly underway (it's still very early days) then it's only a matter of time before money will be spent on Union Street as well, then hopefully they'll sort out the New Palace Theatre as well.

I have no idea personally, I would recommend getting in touch with your local Business Link, they were very helpful when I set up and gave me advice on sole traders, partnerships, Ltds etc.
I found Business Link very useful when I was setting up, they gave my loads of great advice and I attended a couple of free seminars, big thumbs up from me :)
Personally I wouldn't bother with any web design course, most of them are pretty rubbish (and expensive)... I'd recommened joining webdesignerforum.co.uk, there are a number of web design experts on there only willing to help you out... and you'll find most of them are self taught as opposed to...
I bought an 8gb Kingston for under £10 from Play.com a while back, briliant usb stick I must say. I remember when we bought our frst PC back in 1995 (I think) and the guy who sold it to us said we'd never ever need more than 1gb...hahahaha, how times have changed.
