Plagiarism isn't a problem unless the Google bot gets to their site before yours, I understand.
Time tends to put such sites into the crapper, anyway, I think.
Links and clicks are not the goal, sales are. ROI is the criterion. Anyone can get you clicks. If they're from people who are interested in your product and are likely to buy, great.
Hence the popularity of Google Adwords.
Crap articles on crap sites are likely to 'die off' more quickly than good articles on good sites.
It's horses for courses. One trick is not to use submitted articles, on your own site, in any form. Otherwise you're competing against yourself.
We offer virtual office addresses (see my signature). Can't guarantee they're magic ticket to solving the OP's problem, 'though.
I used them before I started working for a company that supplies them. I'd never use my home address for business. Who know who is going to call and then you can't...
Yep, it's all in the contract. Which can be as simple as an exchange of emails saying who is going to do what and when and what the expected outcome will be. Google 'web design contract'. It's all been done before ;)
Well, what do ya want?
Ya want cheap goods? Well, they tend to be inferior quality. China has cheap labour so it's cornered the market on cheap consumer goods. The Japanese had the same problem until they decided to work on the quality of their goods.
Ya want quality? Pay for it.

What ya really read is an honest guy to take your business to heart, treat it as his own and work on getting you sales.
I've done web design myself and some Perl and PHP coding. A pure HTML site, 5 pages, with a contact form, goes for about 200 - 300 if you want a decent job done.
Web development is a different kettle of fish. This is what the OP has had done, I think: a site coded from scratch. That's why it's...
I think the bones of a plan is coming through here:
Inform the police and get a crime number;
With that, contact Companies House, in writing, recorded delivery;
Open any fraudulent mail you get, copy it, then reseal it, marking the envelope 'Return to sender, not known at this address' and...
The Memorandum and Articles of Association are normally just coped from a boiler-plate standard template. The formation agent supplies this. This suits 99.9% of new companies.
In the internet era, emailed copies, as attached files, are fine. You can print it off yourself. 000's of companies...
Errr ... just looking for ideas on what professions might find a registered office service a useful addon. Like lawyers and accountants, maybe? What we want are affiliates.
Looking for ideas on which existant businesses might like to affiliate with a company offering a registered office / company formation service.
We're London-based. Obviously, we want more clients, which I guess is a continual refrain on here(?)
Also: could anyone recommend a suitable UK...
Seconded.
Do a bit of marketing and get the phone ringing. Waiting around for work is daft. And depressing.
If you're any good you'll get repeat business. And even then, keep up the marketing. Then you're in charge and not your next client.
