    the goods been used,they can't reject the goods point blank. once you refund them,they won't bother to give you your goods back and you won't hear from them. unless they are more flexible with a collection time,don't blink.

    Is cold calling on retailers OK?

    How about leaving some stock with the retailer or give them introductory price or one free case if they buy four flavours. if you leave some stock for limited period(new product) the retailer isn't risking any purchase and more than happy to try your products. does it make a sense or am I off...

    Don't walk away........,work with the landlord but make sure everything goes through your solicitor. if you were the landlord you want to make sure that you leasing the premises to someone can afford it and not wasting your time or not paying rent...etc. use the lack of A1 to your favour .
