    Hi have used zoho not a fan at all, why not use sugarcrm, it has a free version that you can install on your servers and lots of plugins.

    depending on traffic levels you could sell direct into agency as well as ad networks like rubicon project, etc. what I would say is its either your message, pricing or the wrong target audience or maybe all three!

    Where are you based? it depends on location as well as how motivated you want your sales staff to be, I have sold digital for 14 years and I have kpi's as part of my targets, ie: new business contacts, number of meetings, etc.

    some food for thought :) I don'y mind a short made up name, i've branded made up words before, I want to start registering tommorow, then get all the mundane bits sorted our (bank account, logo, website, etc, etc)
