Now I know we probably havn't got the time for a like for like comparrision with Exchange/Outlook and I will look into this more myself but does anyone have experiance of using Zimbra and what are the main good and bad points? specifically around end user experience?

because eventually Microsoft will stop supporting XP - i.e no more patches etc and bug fixes. Its Microsoft's way of ensuring they have a nice revenue stream for their new products :)
