    Killing us too...what with the new seller email that arrived yday..think we will retire a lot earlier than we planned:( We use PPI and they 'lost' a recorded ..which stupid customer services told me i could claim for and after me spending an hour filling in all the gubbins they wanted, 3 weeks...

    I am really unhappy about it as well...last years removal of the lower bands hit us hard..we sell on e bay and it is hard enough at the moment without all this extra expense..you are dead right a massive increase last year and a kick in the teeth with both that and the size issue this...

    I would leave Yodel alone..personally had probs with goods received from them..had a laptop go walkies from there, and quite a few things with delayed delivery!

The new sizing does sadly apply to the OBA BPL code(the one that is for small non vat businesses) but if you send large letters they are the same...
