IMO, I would choose at least 5 keywords with medium and low competition with at least 500 hits. In choosing your keywords, I always go with personal judgement. From the 25 possibilities, I would think myself which of the keywords relate the most to my site.
This is a very good list indeed. Just one question, after building your social media account, what are your thoughts when adding the company's keywords in the posts they publish everyday? Is this practice good? or only if when done occasionally?
getting local citations would greatly help. But before doing that, its also advised that you check your existing citation for any error in information ( company name, address, phone number and website must be exactly the same). If there are more sites with errors than those which are correct...
