I have been politely asked to stop using the images and brand name of Mars M&M's - Not a surprise really however. I was wondering if I could make changes to the product and avoid upsetting mars. I have the following ideas but maybe someone can give advice please.

Ok... Things are looking better and you now have a uniform look across your range. You will develop this further Im sure.
The Byre makes a good point about images. The best you can get, even if you spend a few bob to get them done. However, I know myself that these things take time.

The contact I gave is a stand up company and prices are in line or maybe cheaper than the ebay guy mentioned above. You are supplied with an immediate spreadsheet of barcode numbers along with the barcode image in two formats.
I really have found no one better ;-)
These guys came to me last week. Not used them but they seem worth a chat for you. The do nutritional testing etc (and probably shelf life) which isn't expensive

That is a lot of nonsense. You can produce food stuff for sale at home as long as you are doing it in a safe way. Contact you local EHO (Environmental Health Department) Local council and they will guide you through this.

This can be done in different ways
1. Label over the lid and jar (tamper evident) if seal broken then jar has been opened
2. Foil seal inside jar (but you need to buy kit to do this)
3. But jars with in built tamper evident seals (Are more expensive than standard jars) and are not...
