    I would go for it, especially as you can then save and put money away to grow your company and for that rainy day. You can always sub your work out, as there are a number virtual assistants who can take calls, email, etc etc. It will take immense organisation and discipline but it is doable.

    This would depend on your location! I would contact your local council as they could give you more accurate figures, especially as the new year's council tax statements are due out at the end of this month. So they should have finalised any increases.:D
