    From the customer's perspective, I ordered a gadget from Amazon & although the packaging was right the contents were clearly an old model... looked like it was some old return re-boxed. So maybe it's a little early to assume the buyer is ripping you off without being sure of what was inside...

    I actually work in Business Intelligence & do a lot of prototyping in QlikView. There's a free personal edition download that's pretty good. The software is very intuitive and there's a QlikView community where you can post questions... Just google it as I'm probably not allowed to post URLs...
