I've used a company called Abacus before (in Cumbria) quite well known for high quality printing for artists - good colour reproduction which is important if you've spent ages getting it just right! Not something you can easily get on the cheap.
I did a little background googgling on a potential business contact & transpires that as well as the main business where he is MD (which I might be using) he's involved with some MLM scheme as a sideline...
A search on the scheme reads as pyramid selling/get rich quick scheme.

From the customer's perspective, I ordered a gadget from Amazon & although the packaging was right the contents were clearly an old model... looked like it was some old return re-boxed.
So maybe it's a little early to assume the buyer is ripping you off without being sure of what was inside...

inventory reporting...
I actually work in Business Intelligence & do a lot of prototyping in QlikView. There's a free personal edition download that's pretty good. The software is very intuitive and there's a QlikView community where you can post questions... Just google it as I'm probably not allowed to post URLs...
Yeah I get it's a business forum and agree to a certain extent if someone is actually asking for offers, but it's the completely unsolicited offers that are boadering on spam IMHO.
Apologies if this question has been done before...
I've been kinda lurking on this forum for a while, of course browsing other peoples' questions (and of course Citizen-whatsits melodramas!) and been genuinly interested in peoples replies...
What I've noticed in nearly every posting are plugs...
