    I cant agree with that, the customer has entered a deal with you to purchase something and they are liable to pay it to you, as such, you need to be liable to warrant it.

    what exacly makes it better than zencart (magento) .. I see allot of eye candy, but anybody dug into the code and can say for sure it will be more reliable ? and Paul, is there a live demo of OSC 3 anywhere ?
