Change Good to "Quality" it's now all down to trust. A good link can be linked to by some bad links and you can get the grief. A "bad" link can be an seo smokescreen :eek: So without discussing paid, no follow, follow etc just think quality.
You might want to look at your Freeindex and Twitter feed to your website, not displaying correctly. Also as a general rule on page seo needs to be first, before you start the off page work ;)
I am not going to duplicate what has already been said, we have run and are still running ads on Facebook for a number of clients. You do need to target them with the geo options, but even more than that the secret ,if there is one - know the best day, time zone, of customers and frequency ;)...
