I would go with avast or ZoneAlarm, avast for anti-virus only / ZoneAlarm for anti-virus + Firewall both are free.
Since I used those back in 2012 hard to say but I would go with ZoneAlarm

Well if you live in the UK and started your business in the UK then it would be .co.uk unless you are doing a broad range services then it would be .com.

Property selling
auction house like ebay
anything that is in demand in the market really.
It gives the rough idea to the buyers to buy products from sellers, If the sellers have sold x amount of that product then I would purchase that item. Also 100% feedback don't mean anything nowadays since you can bump that up to 1000+ with just £1.00 items.
