    Just another point. Many of the people I have spoke to quoted approx 80% of earnings as take home pay. Is it possible to say what impact student loan repayment might have on this figure, approximately?

    Thanks all. I guess an accountant might be the way to go then. Although it sounds like whatever the company makes above 15k will be subject to the 9% repayment? I forget it's a debt sometimes!:)
