Employing a Danish citizen living in Denmark, working remotely for a UK company

Hi I have a not for profit organisation and a member of the team lives in Denmark. She currently works as a consultant and invoices for her time. She cannot do this forever and so my question is how can I employ her in my UK company? Is this possible? Any advice welcome.

Thanks for your reply. I am not registered for UK VAT but my question is do I have to register and charge VAT for providing this service in Lithuania? I think I might need to contact the authorities in Lithuania. 😊
