    If the bill is in the company name, be it without the "LTD" I would direct him to contact details for the LTD company and inform him to send all future correspondence to it too. Have you spoken with the other director that is still in place.

    I use squareup for payments. Charge 1.75% of transaction and quick payment into my account normally day after. It works great for me when I deliver goods locally as I can take payment at the customers premises too with the card reader, as it works with my mobile.
