Hi, I feel I may be over-complicating things a little but hopefully someone may be able to assist me.
We currently rent one building (Building A), we are in the process of purchasing this building, and two others (Building B & C).
We are trying to see how much in rates we will eventually be...
Obviously the £20 would be relative to the price paid.
What happens when something goes wrong with it? Ever tried returning to Comet/ PC World? What I'm saying is that Comet are not price competitive and don't target customer retention. There is no loyalty, relationship or trust between them...
I only go to comet as a last resort, or to look at their products with the intention of finding it cheaper online or John Lewis. Maybe they should have realised that poor customer service, lack of after sales and uncompetitive prices are no longer going to be a match for the convenience of...
Thanks for both replys. Yes, we dont want to be seen as a company who targets custom by rubbishing the quality of our competitors. We just find it hard to explain why our quotes (which include materials and construction of a far superior quality) may be more than others without doing this.
I...
Hi,
Is it legal to show competitors products next to ours in our showroom to identify differences?
We feel customers need to be able to see their product against ours as competitors say they are the same however there are considerable quality differences between the two.
Thanks!
Thanks, I'm sure if companies taking on apprentices know the full restrictions in place to prevent the dismissal of apprentices they would think twice. We would look to get another straight on with more input from the college as we have had brilliant apprentices before and we are sure there are...
Thanks for all the reply's.
We did take him on through a probationary period and he seemed to have the skills required, however due to the nature of the work he was only able to do basic work within the workshop and the course hadn't really got into the stage where he was having to really...
Good Afternoon All,
We have an apprentice who doesn't seem to be stepping up to the mark with regards his college work and his general attitude isn't good enough, especially at college.
The tutors have had numerous meetings with him regarding his attendance and also him being behind with...
I have been unable to find any precedent that disregards mutual dealings as differing in nature. "Mutuality does not require that the claims should arise at the same time, nor that there should be any connection between them. Moreover, it is irrelevant that the claims be of a different nature"...
Hi all, thanks for the replys.
I've done a little research and it seems there is legislation in place for those who are debtors and creditors of the same company going into administration.
From what I've found it is called insolvency set-off and legislated under Rule 4.90 of the Insolvency...
Hi,
Does anyone know the requirements that local councils, schools, NHS demand with regards Health and Safety, risk assessment etc.?
We understand staff working on site will require a CRB, but we would like to have everything else in place before going in with a bid and having everything...
Buildings aren't selling in our area. We aren't afraid that they will kick us out because the building is custom made for us and no-one else would pick this over several other buildings in the area.
We don't see why we should pay them when there is outstanding invoices, incomplete maintainence...
Good Afternoon,
We have been awaiting payment on a couple of invoices for a few months, one for the full invoice amount and another for just the VAT element.
As they did not pay on time (as well as maintainance issues with the property) we held back rent but have now found that the...
Same, I keep looking for apps to help me organise my work/life but in the end I seem to always fall back on a good old paper diary. Gmail is getting there, the ability to keep everything synced is a bonus, but still weary of losing everything should I press the wrong button.
Im on andoid btw...
