    What I would ask you is if there's room for another taxi firm in your area full stop. Taxi firms tend to guard their territory by any means necessary. Do you think you could ride out the storm if the rival firms offered the same service or if they offered female drivers a lower settle rate?

    That I am unsure of I only know its in their back garden. So is their a main stop cock somewhere along the piping in the back? If so and the leak is after the stop cock is it just down to the water board and will they charge for the fix?
