so to clarify, this is a national supplier. i buy from them in store, its members only and all sales getting assigned to my trade account number. i pay at time of purchase so have receipts but i've managed to misplace several hence why i need a statement just to tally those missing ones up.
my question i guess is from a legal point of view, can a supplier refuse to send a customers request of a statement? its clearly poor customer service to refuse but i didn't think they would have a choice not to send if requested??
