    We have uses Stripe, and found it great. I have heard of others struggling with it, and you dont want a single point of failure in terms of being able to take payments, so consider something alongside it would be my suggestion. Hope that helps

    They do have tenancy rights - theres an implied tenancy in place here, domonstrable from the rent thats being paid, and the the fact theyve been in there a while, so saying there's no rights isnt accurate Im afraid.

    Yeah, you could also get a bit more fancy with it and add a Facebook Pixel to the landing page THEN - all those that landed on the page but didn't buy - you could run an advert on Facebook to that group of people when the product is ready (As they possibly didnt want to buy as it didn't exist)...
