    If you are not happy with job and it's affecting your life then consider planning to leave. I guess you are worried about the consequences of having poor references and money can be tight so thread it carefully but keep your eye on a new job.

    £1500 is too steep. You also have to consider that you have to update the site and I guess it will cost you more if you don't know how to do it. Wordpress is very easy to learn and comes with so many templates.

    I am using Moneybookers at present and if I have a choice, paypal is much better. If paypal is not good for business then I don't know what is. It however seem to have a monopoly in ecommerce and many clients prefer them as well.

    Use your youth for your advantage and people are more receptive with young people. At your age I can sell everything and no one really mind. Learn fast, continue grinding and try every angle as at your age, you are allowed to make mistakes.

    It's debatable if it is just due to the cart or is it because of your website itself. Perhaps check on your SEO first. Mine moved from 1st page to 2nd page of google recently but mainly because I have not updated my site.

    Not one piece of advice can work. I suggest you read the book 7 habits of highly effective people and it worked for me very well. If you have no time you can also just listen in an audio.

    Apprentice time again

    I watched all the series of the apprentice and it seems that this is the worst one. Beauty, strength of character, someone outstanding...they are lacking in this show or their editing has just gone worse. Still watch it though.

    Just watch shark tank and they will learn a lot. Be prepared to think that your "friends" might screw you for money. £500,000K and you don't know what to do? Protect your assets now as bankruptcy is a possibility.

    Problem Customer

    It should not be a big problem but annoying. Just ask the courier to collect the item. Once collected, tell the customer that you will give refund. It will not be worth the money and your time dealing with this customer again. Good thing is these people come rarely and most are rational people.
