    No, not rude on the logo thing. Do it by phone though diplomatically rather than by email so that you can guage the feedback instantly.

    I recommend you stay clear, at least at the beginning, of start up companies. They are often short of cash, often lack clear direction. To get your start up going on firm footing, seek business from established companies.

    Been wearing varifocals for years and driving. No issues. On this one, in my humble view, the employer, on being informed about the blurring in the cab, is under a duty to sort this asap - and, in the event of a serious accident, could be in the dock along with the driver.
